ANTONIO ÁNGEL CRUZ GARCÍA, hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that he has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google+, and is responsible for the processing of the user’s personal data carried out on those social networks.
He also informs that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), providing the following information regarding data processing:
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following activities:
Legal basis: Article 6.1.a GDPR — the data subject has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The USER has a profile on the same social network and has chosen to join the CONTROLLER’s network, thereby showing interest in the information published on it.
Therefore, by requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER gives consent for the processing of the personal data published in their profile.
The USER may access the social network’s privacy policies at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER’s public information, particularly their contact name. This data is used only within the social network and will only be incorporated into a file of the CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER’s request.
Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as stated in this privacy policy.
Data disclosure: information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks — including personal data — may be made public depending on the services the USER uses, and may therefore be available to other third-party users of the social networks.
From the settings of each social network, the USER can configure what information they wish to make public in each case, view granted permissions, remove or deactivate them, as well as any third-party applications they no longer wish to use.
No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen, except when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our communication-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
The USER can always control their connections, delete content they no longer find interesting, and restrict who they share connections with; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photos, or any other multimedia content supported by the platform.
The USER must, in all cases, be the owner of the published content, hold copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network — whether text, graphics, photos, videos, etc. — that offends or could offend morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or that violates intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one’s image, or the law, is strictly prohibited.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER is not responsible for content freely published by a USER.
The USER should be aware that their publications will be visible to other users; therefore, they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain available on the social network.
Access to and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited for minors under 14 years of age.
If the USER has special abilities, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative, will be required through a valid document proving such representation.
The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special abilities.
The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors.
Therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register or use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, nor provide any personal information.
